JLL Project and Development Services (PDS) is a strategic division within JLL’s Work Dynamics that has been active in Australia since 1998 and in New Zealand since 2006. 

We provide due diligence, agreement for lease advice, workplace strategy, move and change management, design, architectural, project, and construction management services for real estate owners, occupiers, and investors, for refurbishments, new builds, and fitouts across multiple sectors. We also project manage civil, heritage, residential, land management, marine, and environmental projects. 

We delivered 700+ projects in 2022 and manage $5.4 billion in CAPEX across Australia and New Zealand. Our projects range from greenfield developments to major fitouts and refurbishments, including one-off projects as well as state, national multi-site, and regional roll-out projects requiring consistent, quality delivery.

Our 450+ specialists include workplace strategy, change and move managers, architects, interior designers, project and development managers, quantity surveyors, Green Star accredited professionals, and site supervisors, who are well-positioned to service and manage the most complex projects.
