Harp Strategy

Harp Strategy provide Best Practice Service Integration & Management (SIAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) Consultancy, Strategic Assurance & Advisory Services.

Best Practice ITSM & SIAM Consultancy- 26 years experience across multiple industries including medium to large Software, Telecommunications, Utility, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Education, Government (State & Federal), Science, Health, Retail, and Management Consultants, within IT Enterprise Business and Service Provider Suppliers.

We assist Organisations & Agencies to incorporate new ways of working, collaboration, and a human-centric approach to integrate, manage, and align products and services holistically across the Service Provider ecosystem.

Using a practical & flexible Harp Model for Service Integration to enable SIAM and address: Service Levels, Practices & Processes, IT Operating Models, Technology, Data, Governance, Commercial Arrangements, Functions, Teams and Culture.

Many of our Client engagements are initially focused on ITSM capability to identify target areas for uplift, or to establish new capability, and support Transformation, Service Transition and Change Programs.

This allows the Client to increase their ITSM maturity through focused service improvement to position them to embark down the SIAM path, when they are ready.  Robust foundational ITSM capability is a critical dependency before pursuing the establishment and implementation of a SIAM environment.

SIAM does not replace ITSM, it works closely with ITSM, it is the evolution and the overarching umbrella to bring all of this valuable capability together to manage the complete end-to-end environment.

ITSM capability can be designed to position the Client for a future SIAM Model, & introduce Organisations and Agencies to SIAM principles and practices in digestible increments to help prepare the Client to adopt a SIAM-centric Culture, before investment, which ultimately will produce a higher level of adoption.

This is something we also advocate for, because we often see a varied approach to SIAM, & when not done well, does not produce the desired benefits and ROI to meet Client expectations.
