• Interactive, human-centered training – Delivered through face-to-face or virtual sessions, ensuring immediate skill application and confidence-building.  The training goes beyond content and equips the participant with practical tools and techniques applied both at and outside the workspace, therefore offering participants a valuable life skill to deal with aggressive behaviours in difficult or even unsafe situations.
• AI-driven adaptive learning – Personalised digital learning delivered through AlphaPi’s Executive Learning Platform (ELP).  It is one of Australia's most innovative and responsible AI-enhanced technology solutions. ELP facilitates the creation, adaptation, and delivery of face-to-screen and face-to-face training programs and integrates with LMS.

It responds to individual progress, reinforcing skills and adapting content to each learner’s needs, offering participants a safe practice environment and refresher training.   Responsive and adaptive AI based training means that each time they practice, it won’t be like watching static slide or video content, instead the training evolves based on how they engage with it on the day.
