The Colorado Office of eHealth Innovation (OeHI) has been focused on the development of social-health information exchange infrastructure since 2018. Taking lessons learned from this development process, OeHI has worked closely with countless partners from local public health agencies, state and local human services agencies, third party technology vendors, health care providers, and Community-Based Organizations to develop a two pronged approach to our Social Health Information Exchange (SHIE). In this session, the OeHI team will share their approach to innovation within government and in partnership with communities throughout the state.
