The Centre for Research and Education on Violence Against Women and Children has highlighted the need for comprehensive “Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention” training in the Public Sector. Over the past two years, 71.4% of survey respondents have experienced harassment, violence, or sexual harassment, with 65% confronting such behavior. The training program is rooted in legal compliance and proactive strategies, integrating various learning modalities and providing industry-specific customization opportunities.
