Ripen Resilience Training: Public Sector Resilience at Work

Public Sector Resilience at Work

7 Day Digital Course

Online | Monday 16 May – Tuesday 24 May 2022

‘Resilience’ – a set of abilities that enable good outcomes in spite of serious threats.

In many ways, today’s business landscape is not for the faint-hearted. Amid the effects of disruptive technologies, corporate restructuring, market pressures and changing ways of working, leaders must re-evaluate their approach to the health and wellbeing of their workforce.

And there is nothing that organisations need more right now for their long-term success and sustainability than workplace Resilience.

Join us for our 7 day ‘Resilience at Work‘ training  for a collaborative learning experience where the focus is on becoming resilient. Learners will be challenged to apply new things, not hard things, but potentially life changing things.

TO HIGH RESILIENCE…AND BEYOND!

Everything you need to equip your team with Resilience skills for optimal wellbeing and performance!

This has been the most practical, engaging, and inspirational course I have completed in many years. Learning these simple techniques that build on one another or can be used in isolation has the power to change how you interact with the world around you. I definitely feel like a much stronger and more resilient person for completing this course, and I know how to stay that way! Thank you.

– Kath Philp, Partnering & Innovation Manager (Apr, 2021)
