The SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM 6.0) course equips attendees to coach Agile teams to deliver business value at scale. The course teaches you the tactical skills needed to be an effective Scrum Master/Team Coach in your enterprise/organization. It also gives you the guidance and tools necessary for working in remote environments with distributed teams.

GIRISH KHULLAR

Girish Khullar has over 16 years of experience in Agile & Waterfall Project Management, and Training Delivery. As an Agile evangelist, he possesses extensive knowledge of application delivery of new IT systems using Scrum, Kanban and Design Thinking at large-scale digital transformation programs.

Girish has a unique skill set of lifting off Agile teams from scratch, developing an evolving leadership mindset towards agility, and setting effective OKRs and KPIs. He is level 3 certified in Scrum.Org (among 900 certified people in the world) and holds various designations in the field of people, process, product, and technology.

In addition to regular training and consulting projects, Girish has managed agile transformation of multiple global organizations like Questrade, Rogers, Mobilelive, IHS Markit in full-time roles. He has also been a speaker at various meet-up groups and Agile Conferences, with his latest speech being on Design Sprints at Toronto Agile Conference 2020.

    • Resolving impediments and promoting continuous improvement during iterations

  • Finishing the PI
    • Activities and responsibilities of a Scrum Master in closing out a Program Increment
