Mastering Emotional Intelligence (EQ)

Tuesday, 5 – Wednesday, 6 December 2023 | 10:00am – 2:30pm AEDT | Online

Training Overview

Unlock the Power of EQ to Foster a Positive Work Culture and Drive High Performance

Emotional Intelligence is the capacity of individuals to recognise their own and other people’s emotions and how they impact relationships. It plays a crucial role in effective leadership, decision-making, and building strong relationships with colleagues and the public.

Research shows that leaders and employees who possess well-developed emotional intelligence (EQ) are more effective in their performance, motivation, and communication compared to those who lack this skill. People with high EQ are adept at understanding the underlying motivations of others, making them better equipped to effectively lead and improve performance in their teams, divisions, and companies.

The good news is that EQ can be learned! This course is designed to provide you with effective strategies to recognise, understand, and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others to enhance decision-making, improve behaviour, and foster high performance within your workplace.
